By using Nirmaan you agree to these terms. Please read them; they set out plainly what we are responsible for and what we are not.

What Nirmaan is

Nirmaan is a marketplace. We put buyers and material sellers in touch and let them exchange enquiries and quotes. We do not sell any material ourselves. Every sale is a contract between you and the seller. We are an intermediary under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Prices and information

Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative ranges for guidance only. They vary by city, brand, quantity, GST and the day. Only a seller's written quote is a real price, and only until it expires. Specifications, IS codes, quality checks, quantity estimates and floor plans are general guidance, not professional advice.

Floor plans and estimates are not construction drawings

The plans and material estimates this site generates are suggestions to help you plan and get quotes. They are not structural designs and are not approved drawings. Structural design, bylaw compliance and municipal approval require a licensed architect and structural engineer. Do not build from them.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under yours. Give accurate information, especially sellers, whose shop details buyers rely on.

For sellers

• Quote honestly, and honour a quote for the period you set on it.
• You are responsible for the quality, quantity, description and delivery of what you supply, and for your own GST, invoicing and statutory compliance.
• Do not list material you cannot supply, or use photos that are not of your own stock.
• We may decline, suspend or remove a listing that appears misleading or unsafe.

For buyers

Check material on delivery before accepting it — the quality checks in our guides are there for that. Payment, delivery, returns, replacement and warranty are agreed between you and the seller.

Cancellations and refunds

An enquiry can be cancelled at any time before you accept a quote. Once you place an order, cancellation, returns and refunds are as agreed with that seller; we do not hold your money and cannot issue refunds. If a seller will not honour what they agreed, tell us and we can suspend their listing.

What we are not responsible for

We do not guarantee any seller's material, price, delivery or conduct, and we are not party to your contract with them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between you and a seller, from reliance on indicative prices or generated plans, or from the site being unavailable.

Acceptable use

Do not post false or unlawful content, scrape the site, or use it to spam sellers or buyers. Accounts doing so are suspended.

Content

The catalogue, guides and handbook are ours. Photos you upload remain yours; by uploading you allow us to show them to the people the enquiry or quote is meant for.

Complaints

Write to newraghukulagencies@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as the E-Commerce Rules require.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to use Nirmaan means you accept the current version.
